Key People DHARMESH NAIK,B.Eng, Cert (Comp), Cert.ICSA, TEP, F. MIoDManaging Director Dharmesh Naik is a graduate of the University of Allahabad in India where he obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. He joined the Group in 2000. Dharmesh is a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Institute of Corporate Governance in Mauritius. He is a fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD). He is responsible for the Group's IT implementations as well as Group Marketing.  JAYME RUSHBusiness Development Manager Having worked for the largest Insurance Company in Canada for over 6 years, Jayme brings a wealth of valuable experience. Jayme has joined OCRA as a Business Development Manager to assist clients requiring corporate services through the Dubai office, whether it be clients looking to set up in the UAE or clients in the UAE looking to set up internationally.  KRISTEL LEE, BScCorporate Administrator Kristel is a graduate of the University of Mauritius where she has obtained her BSc in Finance and Law and a Corporate Administrator with OCRA for more than 3 years. She is also completing her ICSA this year and is an associate member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She administers a portfolio of Mauritius GBC II, Mauritius GBC I, Singapore Company, Hong Kong Company, Seychelles companies, Trust and RAK International Companies. She has a large exposure to multiple jurisdictions around the world. She also specialises in Ras Al Khaimah as a jurisdiction for international trades and investment.
